Luxury Retail Store Manager

A manager position is now available for a our rapidly-growing, luxury consignment boutique in Chicago. Challenge your management and leadership skills in a dynamic, fashion-influenced environment! We are looking for candidates with a passion for customer service that is ready to achieve outstanding results with 2 years of store retail management experience that knows the fashion world and how to lead a team to success!

Consignment store experience is a plus. This position is for 35-40 hours a week.

Job Requirements:

Inventory intake of new consignment – choosing what items to sell from consignors coming in store, entering them into our portal and bringing items to floor for sale
Schedules hours each week for online and retail sales staff
Trains new sales staff of daily duties and responsibilities within the store
Demonstrates excellent leadership, time management and customer service skills with a can do attitude and a team player with other employees and freelancers
Creates sales and promotions in the store to move inventory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enforces and maintains excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms
Assists with shipping and packaging of products sold online
Creating movement of inventory through sale racks and promotions
Maintains an attractive and pleasant shopping environment by refreshing merchandising displays and completing housekeeping tasks
Orders supplies and equipment to keep store fully stocked
Knowledge of high-end designer labels and their values
Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience from retail sales-driven environments
Track record of associate development is a must
Minimum 21 years of age
Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours
Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Able to use store equipment including cash registers, sensors, cutters, scissors

Luxury Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

This candidate must have fashion sales experience from a retail corporate or boutique setting. Knowledge of high-end fashion product is a must. Daily duties of this individual will be to sell to customers, service consignors and intake of new inventory. They will be responsible with giving the ultimate customer exerience. They will also be responsible for upkeep and general cleaning duties. Excellent organization and people skills are a must. This position is for 14-21 hours a week.

Job Requirements:

Inventory intake of new consignment
Pricing items and bringing to floor
Greeting customers, answering phone, assisting clients with consignment
Building a customer email marketing list
Daily housekeeping and merchandising
Create content for social media and posting
Team player with other employees and freelancers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Online Merchandiser and Copywriter

This candidate must have knowledge of online selling platforms such as Ebay and be a perfectionist with grammar. Knowledge of high-end fashion product and knowledge of fashion terminology is a must. Daily duties of this individual will be to list new inventory into our online store. They will be responsible with giving descriptive details of each items. They will also be responsible for upkeep and general design of the online store. This position is for 14-21 hours a week and is a freelance position.

Job Requirements:

List fashion product on the e-commerce site
Create detailed descriptions for product
Write copy and content for blog pages
Collaborate with photographer on shooting product
Design and write marketing emails to the online customer base
Organize photography for listings
Create content promoting products online through social media
Collaborate with team to further improve the online store infrastructure
Create online sales with listed product through Ebay
Online customer service
Prepping listed product for the sales floor

This candidate must have knowledge of product photography for e-commerce. This position will require daily duties of creating proper lighting, set up and shooting of products. Job Requirements:

Create consistent, clear and detailed images of product for e-commerce site
Work with studio lighting, mannequin and table set up for product
Upkeep and maintenance of photography studio
Order and keep photography studio fully stocked with necessary materials
Upload product photos to shared cloud folders
Photo editing
Work with creative team on photo for campaigns and promotions
Photograph events, fashions shows and promotional videos

This position will promote the companies brand to potential new consignors. They will be responsible with creating new business and bringing new, authentic designer product in the door. This job can be worked on remotely and is a freelance position.

Create awareness of the company and its services to potential new consignors
Network at social gatherings and events promoting the company's brand
Opening new consignor accounts and bringing in new inventory to the store
Following up with new consignors and ensuring they have a positive selling experience
Creating new media opportunities
