Do-Division 2013 Street Festival | Do-Fashion Show

Chicago celebrated the beginning of summer with the Do-Division 2013 Street Fest.  Do-Division brings together the best mix of live music and DJ's, local retailers, eclectic cuisine, and independent fashion boutiques.  The annual fest is in its 7th year and ran from Friday, May 31st through Sunday, June 2nd in West Town on Division Street between Damen to Leavitt.

THE SIDEWALK SALE

Local boutiques decorated the sidewalk just east of the street fest - from Damen to Ashland - with great deals on fashion-centric goods from local designer to high-end designer clothing and accessories.

DO-FASHION SHOW

One of the Do-Division Street Fest highlights is the Do-Fashion Show produced by MGO Fashion Salon.  The outdoor fashion shows ran from Friday through Sunday on Hoyne (just north of Division Street to Crystal).  Despite the rain and cold weather, Chicagoans came out to support and celebrate the latest looks from Division Street boutiques, salons, retailers and local fashion designers.

• December 10th: Le Thrift's Designer Handbag Drive Consign your designer handbags with us and we'll give you a $25 gift card as a thank you!  Can't make it to the event?  Know someone who is looking to consign their handbags? • December 14th: Magic Holiday Fashion Show and Market- This event will take place at Frontier in Wicker Park (1072 N. Milwaukee).  Come out to view the latest contemporary and vintage winter fashions by local Wicker Park Boutiques (TBA) including M.GO Fashion Company and of course Le Thrift! Do a little holiday shopping while enjoying complimentary appetizers. Cover is $10. Bring a non-perishable food for the local pantry. Receive two $5 coupons towards any purchase that evening.
• December 23rd: Last Minute Holiday Shopping Event- Join us for some last minute shopping along with cocktails and appetizers.  Get yourself beautified for holiday parties- M.GO Fashion Salon will be offering $20 manicures provided by M.Go Fashion Company.  Pick up any last minute gifts (or something for yourself!); the entire store will be 15% off!
